Indications:

Medicine comes into play in several disease where the heart is primarily involved, weakness and dilatation of the myocardium. Its greatest indication is in the failure of compensation and especially when auricular fibrillation sets in. Stimulates the heart’s muscle, increases force of systole, controls high blood pressure.

Mode of Action:

1. Anthemis Nobilis Q: Coryza with profuse lachrymation, sneezing, and discharge of clear water from the nose. Constriction and rawness of the throat. — W. Boericke

2. Capsicum Annuum Q: Chest feels constricted and oppressed. Worse from even slight movement. Throbbing pain in the chest R.T.C, as if it were too full and there’s not enough room in it. — Nash

3. Coca Q: Weakness with dull and sharp cutting pain in both lungs, radiating from front to back or vice versa. Sharp pain in the region of the heart. — J.H. Clarke

4. Dioscorea Villosa Q: Deep-seated pericardial anxiety with pain in the heart region. Sensation of weakness in the pericardium and a peculiar confusion in the heart. Pulse is small and weak — J.H. Clarke

Each 5 ml Contains

Capsicum Annuum Q	1.50 ml
Coca Q	0.50 ml
Dioscorea Villosa Q	1.00 ml
Lobelia Inflata Q	1.00 ml

Dosage:
1. For low blood pressure, half cup of water, 5 drops medicine, 1 spoon sugar, mix it all and take it 4 times a day.
2. For high blood pressure mix 10 drops of medicine with 1/4 cup of water to be taken orally 4 times a day. For accidental or intense symptoms, give with the time difference of 15 min – 60 min.
3. For defect in valve or blood clotting, give 10 drops with a spoon of water for 5 to 6 times a day. Repeat the same continuously for 3 to 6 months.
4. During heart attack, give continuously 2 to 3 drops directly on the mouth in every 5 min interval. Until the patient recovers or as instructed by the Homoeopathy physician.
