সেবন বিধিঃ প্রাপ্ত বয়স্কদের পিরিয়ড শুরু হওয়ার পর ১টি করে ট্যাবলেট দিনে ২-৩ বার খাবার পরে অথবা রেজিস্টার্ড চিকিৎসকের পরামর্শ অনুযায়ী সেব্য।
